Hope you are having a good week and feeling good. Thanks for being there to support all of us these last few weeks. I miss you too and look forward to running together and getting our pace back. It has been hard to keep up the pace without you. So you take care of yourself and get better. I will see you Tues.

Hey there ...I did good on the 1 mile treadmill runs this week..no pain ! YEAH ! I am going on a outdoor track today, if that goes well I am running on tuesday, but just part of it with Joe W. Then I am hoping to be right by your side, at least for a mile. Then I will be eating your dust ! I miss you too. I cant wait to get back out there running. You are doing awesome. See you on Tuesday.
