Awesome...NO RAIN tonight!! Yeehaa! 4 miles unbelievable.
I can not believe we just ran 4 miles! Thank you everyone, I know there is no way I could have done this without you all. I have never been able to run 4 miles, and was very unsure that I could. Goes to show that this program is so totally awesome and really is great for novice runners! See you all on Wednesday.

Great start to Week 4 with a nice 4 mile run. I can feel the stamina and endurance really beginning to build as I feel like I'm getting better and better. I want to say thank you to the all the runners that come out each week. They provide great inspiration and encouragement! I am extremely excited about Sunday as we get to complete in the Hall of Fame Race! See you Wednesday!

WOW...Four whole miles!!!
If Wednesday night is a problem for anyone, a few of us are planning to run Wednesday morning. Come join us at 9:00am - we will meet in the parking lot at the Parkway Tennis Courts and then run up to Sherman Drive and back - a perfect Four Miles!!! Bonnie
