Week 6 Monday nights run

Awesome run tonight everyone ! I was so envious of each and everyone
of you ! I cant believe the run you did ! WOW ! We have come a long
ways in six weeks. What I wouldn't have done to have been able to run tonight.
I hope to be there with you all next week running instead of
cheering. Not that cheering you on isn't gratifying, but I much rather be cheered at !!!
Lots of prayers would be greatly appreciated !! Tricia we
miss you, and hope that things are going well with you. Look forward
to your return. Even if you aren't up to running, you can help me
cheer on our team ! I am down and out for a bit myself and cant run
this week.

Tonight's run was BIG, as in, Valley View BIG. Kudos to everyone who did the tough five - the first five are the hardest, the last 4.3 are almost a piece of cake, but ask me again in 2 or 3 weeks!!!
Kim - We all knew how hard it was for you to be on the cheering side. Thank you for being with us tonight - you are a true teammate. The running gods are watching over you, and, hopefully, they will take you out of the cheering section and put you back on the road where you belong!! Rest up - we are all sending you healing thoughts!

Great job everyone for their first taste of the Valley View!!! This is a difficult part of the Boilermaker but you will now experience this part of the course for the next 5 weeks, which will get you used to how each of you will tackle this part of the course. All of you have came a long way since week one and it shows that each of you are putting in the time to complete the race. Always remember that the training is the most difficult part. Kim - It meant a lot to all of us for you to be there cheering everyone on!! I know it was very hard for you to be watching and not running with us but that shows you are a true teammate and you care about the team. We are all thinking about you and praying that you will be back with us next week running with us. Keep your spirits up! We'll be there for you! Tricia - I hope you're doing better and we see you soon, we sure do miss your smiling face! Take it one day at a time and slowly get back into running, you do have enough time. Just remember that this program is not about how fast you finish but that you finish the Boilermaker injury free. Joe C. and Chris - GOOD LUCK Saturday in your 10K KAC race. I give you two a lot of credit for doing this race. I know the both of you will do fine. To the Saturday morning group - have a good run, I will not be there since I am running the 10K KAC race with Joe and Chris. Carol, Ann and Joe - you did great last night just coming off of a 5 mile run the day before!!!
