Nice Run
Carol, Joe, and Kim W. I enjoyed our run last night and time talking. It has been fun getting together other than on Monday nights to run and talk. I have enjoyed getting to know each one of you and having some laughs. I am proud of us all, we have worked hard and have come a long way. We are ready for Sunday and will do great. See you Friday night.

I totally second that Anne! Getting together is something I look forward to, and the friendships we have all made is just awesome. I am starting to get a little depressed thinking the Boilermaker is finally here. I thank the GTD program so much for getting to meet such great new friends that I would never have met otherwise. I too look forward to our little after run chats ! And yes we certainly have all gave it our best and I am sure we are going to do great. I too want to thank you, Carol, and Joe for the awesome friendships and running companions throughout the week. Now drink lots of water and eat your bananas ! If I didnt buy them all ...if you cant find them you know where they are ! See you on Friday...After the Boilermaker what are we going to tackle Kickboxing???...not fair Joe has a headstart on that new endeavor!!
